I started using WBV in 2007. Within 5 weeks I lost 15 lbs.(208 – 188 lbs.) and went from a 36” waist to a 34” waist. I am now (in 2010) still a 34” waist and 188 lbs. I have more muscle and my spare tire is totally gone. I have way more energy for work and sports and haven’t had the flu or a cold in years.
